MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a Lead Training Facilitator with demonstrated experience in the supervision and implementation of instruction to military personnel.

Location:

Fort Hood, TX

Description:

The Lead Training Facilitator provides team supervision of instruction to military personnel in the techniques and operations in the use and implementation of the Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS) simulation during all training events. The Individual will provide coaching in JCATS to all organizations. They will define system capabilities and limitations of JCATS to military personnel in order to successfully execute unit's training objectives. They are responsible for the operations of the implementation of the other corresponding systems of the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability - Entity Resolution Federation (JLCCTC-ERF). The individual will be obligated to interact with training audience to ensure historical and relevant database and scenarios are understood and developed as it pertains to modeling and simulations. They will maintain accountability and responsibility for all assigned equipment.

Education:

A degree in business, accounting, or a related field is desirable but may be replaced by business experience on a case by case basis.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of four years experience conducting simulations.
  • Should possess the ability to setup and teardown simulation work stations prior and after all training events.
  • Requires the ability to communicate and share constructive perspective in order to achieve success of task and missions present and future.
  • Must be a US citizen with a secret or higher security clearance or the ability to obtain one; applicant will be subject to a governenment security investigation.
  • Must be willing to travel outside Fort Hood 2-4 times/year for up to 2 weeks/trip.
  • Must be a disciplined worker capable of meeting short supenses without intense supervision.

The salary range for this position will be commensurate with experience

MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Network Engineer with demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of physical neworks. 

Location:

Fort Hood, TX

Description:

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for setting up and maintaining the physical network required for the BCTC. They have expert knowledge of networks, communications and file transfer protocols. Designs LAN in support of exercises, classrooms and TOC pads, and Ethernet switch and router protocols. The individual supervises network performance to ensure optimization and troubleshoots network discrepancies to resolve problems and interoperability problems across email, file transfer, multimedia, and teleconferencing platforms. The engineer is responsible for configuration & maintenance of Cisco Call Manager & Cisco IP phone Network. They will analyze voice, data, and multi-media communications networks, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting, and upgrading operating systems, protocol suites, and communication media (concentrators, bridges, etc.).  The individual administers network security and works with vendors to evaluate new products and resolve equipment design problems. They provide guidance and work leadership to network engineers and other technical staff.

Education:

A degree in computer science, engineering or a related field is desirable but may be replaced by experience on a case by case basis.

Education:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • This position requires 5 or more years of demonstrated success writing winning technical responses to major DOD and Federal Government RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and Task Order proposal requests.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of the RFP and Federal Government procurement processes.
  • Must have technical proficiency and knowledge of applicable Information Technology solutions for technical approach development.
  • Must be a master of MS Office, as well as proficient in Visio, MS Project, Photo Shop, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form successful relationships and collaborate with both internal teams and teaming partners.
  • Must have strong organizational skills as well as attention to detail.
